Payment methods:
The present website admits the following payment methods without adding any additional cost: credit card and Paypal.
Delivery times:
Maximum delivery time is one month after purchasing. If this deadline can not be meet, we will inform the buyer for him/her to decide whether to wait extra time or cancelling the operation with no additional cost.
Withdrawal:
Olive oil is not subjected to withdrawal right because it is considered an aliment.
If for whatever reason the buyer would receive the product in bad shape or it was not the requested one, buyer has seven days upon receival for placing a claim. For placing such claim, buyer has to send a picture of the package received. For proceeding to substitution of the bottles, bottles must be in perfect conditions and retain the original warranty seal. In the event of returning the product, buyer will pay for the shipping cost of such returning. If there was an error in the shipment, Antoni Beltran Carbó – Identitat Extra Virgin Olive Oil would pay for shipping costs.
Regarding Experiences, buyer can cancel them up to 48 hours in advance. After this deadline, experiences are not allowed to be cancelled and buyer will not have the right of any reimbursement.
Regarding Sponsoring an Olive Tree, buyer has 14 days after sponsoring date to withdrawn his/her sponsorship and he/she will have his/her money reimbursed within 14 after withdrawal.
Warranty:
Responsibility of Antoni Beltran Carbó – Identitat Extra Virgin Olive Oil will not exceed, in any case, the price of the defective product. Consequences arisen from hits, mishandling, manipulation or transport are excluded from warranty.
Notifications:
All notifications must be sent through contact detail on this website. Notification will be considered properly delivered after 24 hours for e-mail notification or seven days after sending date if notification was sent by traditional post.
Applicable law:
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any buy on this website and any dispute or claim that might arise will be dealt according to Spanish Law.
